1. 100% Client-Side Commitment
At ToolFesto, we believe that your data belongs to you. The core architecture of our platform is designed to operate entirely client-side. This means all operations, conversions, computations, and generations (including passwords, calculations, image compressions, and QR code creations) execute directly within your web browser using HTML5, Canvas, and JavaScript APIs.
Your input data, files, and calculations are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on our servers. The moment you close the tab, all session memory is deleted.
2. Information We Collect
Because of our client-side architecture, we do not require user accounts, email registration, or sign-ups to use any of our utilities.
- Personal Data: We do not collect or request any personal identification information (PII).
- Inquiry/Contact Data: If you voluntarily contact us using our contact form, we collect the details you provide (name, email address, and message contents) solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Anonymized Telemetry: We use lightweight performance analytics (like Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to monitor site health, load times, and broken links. These tools collect aggregate, anonymized technical details (such as browser type and screen dimensions) and do not track individual users.
3. Third-Party Integrations
To maintain security and deliver messaging services, we integrate a minimal set of secure third-party processors:
- FormSubmit: Our contact form submissions are processed securely through FormSubmit. When you send a support inquiry or request, the form data is transmitted securely to their servers and forwarded to our inbox at support@toolfesto.com.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: To protect our servers and contact forms from automated bot attacks and malicious spam, we load the Turnstile security challenge. Turnstile collects aggregate non-PII telemetry (like interaction speed and user-agent details) to verify browser integrity.
4. Cookies and Tracking
ToolFesto does not set tracking cookies, targeting cookies, or third-party advertising cookies. We do use local browser storage (such as `localStorage`) exclusively to persist your user preferences (like your dark/light theme setting) on your own device.
5. Data Security
Because we do not store your data on external databases, there is no risk of server-side data leaks or hacks exposing your files, passwords, or personal details. While your data is processing in the browser, it is secured by your operating system's sandbox safety limits.
